Restructuring of Intracom IT Services Denmark A/S

With effect from 2nd January 2012 Intracom S.A. Information Technology & Communication Services (trading as Intracom IT Services) has been absorbed by its Luxembourg-based subsidiary Intrasoft International S.A. by way of a cross border merger. Under this merger Intrasoft International S.A. has fully assumed all rights, obligations, claims and legal relationships of Intracom IT Services.

As a result of this merger, Intracom IT Services Denmark A/S becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Intrasoft International S.A. and will, with effect from 26th January 2012, trade as Intrasoft International Scandinavia A/S, being the same legal entity as Intracom IT Services Denmark A/S, with all the rights, obligations, claims and legal relationships of Intracom IT Services Denmark A/S which will survive unchanged.

Intrasoft International Scandinavia A/S is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intrasoft International S.A. of Luxembourg.

Intrasoft International Scandinavia develops and implements compliance solutions for Revenue authorities worldwide under its internationally acclaimed ESKORT™ Compliance and Enforcement Solution brand; and provides general IT solutions and services for public sector customers in Scandinavia.
